Home-style Salted Duck

Add salt and pepper in a dry pot over low heat and stir fry until the salt turns slightly yellow

Spread these ingredients on the duck legs while it is hot, put them in the refrigerator and marinate for about half a day (the middle should be taken out and kneaded to make the taste even)

Put ginger and aniseed in a deep pot

Put the duck leg and the marinating ingredients into the pot together, pour a little cooking wine, and add a little salt

Add in the water that has just drunk the duck legs and bring it to a boil

Turn to low heat and simmer for about 25 minutes, turn off the heat and continue to simmer for 10 minutes

Take out and drain the water, brush with sesame oil while it is hot, let cool and slice
