Homemade Apple Cider Vinegar

Disinfect the container with boiling water and dry it first. All utensils must be water-free and oil-free. Weighed rock candy, preferably old rock candy, beaten it into powder, which is lazy, so the whole piece of rock candy is put into the container.

The acidity of white rice vinegar is best to choose rice vinegar less than or equal to 4%, the fruit vinegar made is not too sour

Put the apples in the water with detergent and soak for five minutes to remove the pesticide residues on the epidermis, and then scrub them. Dry the water with kitchen paper for use. The knives and cutting boards must also be kept dry and oil-free.

Pour part of the vinegar into the container, shred the apples, and put them in the container while cutting. The apples oxidize quickly, so don’t leave it for too long.

Then pour in all the remaining vinegar, seal the lid tightly, and label it with the date. Shake it once a day for a week, put it in a corner, drink it after three months, and taste better, remember to drink with water
Tips:
The apples I bought are larger and 4 smaller ones, which is almost a catty and a half.
