Prepare prawns, pineapple chunks, and cooked green peas;

Prepare scallion, ginger, white rice vinegar, white sugar, tomato sauce;

Add prawns, green onion and ginger in a frying pan to create a flavor;

Add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, stir fry for a taste and serve;
