Homemade Apple Cider Vinegar
1.
Materials needed: a bottle of rice vinegar, 3 green apples, and an appropriate amount of rock sugar.
2.
After washing the apples, wipe off the moisture on the apples and slice them.
3.
Then cut the apple slices into dices (you can cut them directly into thin skins).
4.
First cut a small portion of the diced apple and put it in the bottle.
5.
Add another layer of rock sugar.
6.
Fill the bottle in the same way with one layer of apple and one layer of rock candy (I used the IKEA glass bottle for three apples).
7.
Pour rice vinegar into the bottle.
8.
The amount of vinegar is better than other ingredients.
9.
Take a plastic wrap and cover the mouth of the bottle (I don't think this bottle is very airtight. If you seal it, you don't need plastic wrap).
10.
Just put the lid on.
11.
Gently move the jar to a cool and ventilated place, and open the lid at intervals to let it breathe.
12.
After two months, it will be fermented and the color will become yellow.
13.
Put a little in the cup.
14.
Mix it with plain water at a ratio of 1:8 and you can drink it. It has the same taste as the apple cider vinegar sold outside.
15.
Pour out the apples inside, don't just leave the original vinegar, put it in a small bottle and move it into the refrigerator to save.
Tips:
1. Seal it and put it in a cool and ventilated place. Open the cover every three days and five days to let the air out.
2. Vinegar fermentation will produce acetic acid. You need to use glass bottles instead of plastic.
3. When the original vinegar juice is mixed with water, it is best to boil it with cool white, not hot water, the taste of hot water is very sour.
