The baby is almost seven months old, so I can eat sesame paste~ but I always don’t feel relieved when I buy it. I'm afraid I will add additives, so I should make it myself~"

Ingredients

Homemade Baby Food Supplement with No Additives-black Sesame Paste

1. Wash the black sesame seeds and put them in the wok

2. Stir fry, and when you hear the crackling sound, it’s cooked

3. Make flour with a food processor

4. Turn on low heat, and fry glutinous rice flour until slightly yellow

5. Stir in the crushed sesame seeds while hot

6. Pack it in a sealed bottle~ Because it is for the baby, there is no sugar added, so you can put it according to your own taste when you eat~

7. Make a bowl, it's thick and delicious~

Tips:

1. When frying sesame seeds, be sure to use a low heat, it will explode everywhere if heated too fast, and you can get it out when you hear the crackling sound
2. Stir-fry glutinous rice flour until it is slightly yellow. Remember to turn it frequently and be careful to fry it.
3. Because it is made for babies, no sugar is added. If it is for adults to eat, you can directly add sugar and stir together
4. The prepared sesame powder should be packed in a sealed can to avoid moisture
