Homemade Baby Meat Floss

Remove fascia fat and oil from the meat, wash and cut into 2-3 cm pieces, and cut carrots into pieces. (Because I want to feed the baby, so I cut smaller pieces)

Add ingredients to the blanched meat and put it in a pressure cooker or steamer. Inflate the fire and keep the pressure for 60 minutes. Stir the pressed meat with chopsticks and boil the sauce over high heat. Pick out the spices and ginger

Use chopsticks to break up the minced meat until it is completely loose.

The beaten pork floss can be baked on a low fire, this process requires full patience. Remember not to use a big fire in a hurry, it will burn and the color will not look good.
