The baby's meat floss can help strengthen the resistance. The meat floss contains iron, which can supplement iron for the baby. Cook some porridge for the baby every day, and then put the meat floss in the porridge and give the baby a good meal. Babies can add pork floss in six months, but the pork floss on the market always has additives, so you dare not give it to your baby, so mothers can do it themselves! "

Homemade Baby Meat Floss

1. Remove fascia fat and oil from the meat, wash and cut into 2-3 cm pieces, and cut carrots into pieces. (Because I want to feed the baby, so I cut smaller pieces)

2. Add all the auxiliary ingredients, stir well, and marinate for 1 hour

3. Add ingredients to the blanched meat and put it in a pressure cooker or steamer. Inflate the fire and keep the pressure for 60 minutes. Stir the pressed meat with chopsticks and boil the sauce over high heat. Pick out the spices and ginger

4. Shake the meat 3-5 times. Or wrap it in plastic wrap after letting cool, and crush it with a rolling pin

5. Use chopsticks to break up the minced meat until it is completely loose.

6. The beaten pork floss can be baked on a low fire, this process requires full patience. Remember not to use a big fire in a hurry, it will burn and the color will not look good.

7. Stir-fry completely

8. When the pork floss is completely dried, add 10ml of oil, add seaweed and sesame seeds, beat evenly, and you can get out of the pan.

9. Finished product

10. Pack it in a sealed box and put some when you make it for your child
