Homemade Bayberry Wine

1. Soak the bayberry in water and salt for 20 minutes

2. Rinse the soaked bayberry, then rinse with cold boiled water, and let the rinsed bayberry dry naturally

3. Put the dried bayberry with water on the surface into a glass bottle, a layer of bayberry and a layer of rock sugar, and finally pour the white wine

4. Cover with a sealed lid and store the bayberry wine in a cool place. You can taste it after 15 days
