Homemade Bean Paste
1.
Soak any beans overnight. I use the name "string beans" here. It is usually cooked, mixed with white radish or sauerkraut and then cooked in soup. It is served with rice, especially for the elderly!
2.
Peeling, this process requires patience, soak the beans overnight, gently squeeze, the skin will come off.
3.
Add water to the pot, add the peeled beans, and cook for half an hour.
4.
Cook to this level and pour out the excess water.
5.
Put it in a food processor and stir into a fine paste.
6.
Find a non-stick pan, add bean paste, stir-fry slowly, add powdered sugar while stir-frying, brown sugar, rock sugar, or white sugar you like, put in a proper amount of lard, and stir-fry slowly over low heat.
7.
Stir-fry until the water dissipates, and the mashed bean paste begins to form lumps. When it feels laborious, it is fine. This process is also very tiring and hard.
8.
Although it was hard work, it was not easy for the children to experience it, and it was worth it. Since there was no suitable mold, I just finished the product like this.
