There is egg, there is rice, it is called egg fried rice. Plus you like vegetables! !

Egg Fried Rice

1. Prepare the materials as shown in the figure

2. Beans and corn kernels, I bought them at Carrefour

3. Cut the carrots, minced meat, bean sprouts, and ham sausage and put them in a small plate with beans and corn kernels to prepare.

4. At the same time, don’t forget to cook the rice while preparing the ingredients!

5. Beat the eggs (one)

6. Put a little oil in the pan and cook for a while, then pour the beaten eggs into the pan evenly, and burn them until they are 5 cooked. Then put the carrots and ham sausages in the small plate into the pan and stir-fry for about 3 times. For about minutes, add some salt (add different amounts according to personal taste)

7. Put the cooked rice in the pot, mix with the vegetables and stir-fry for about 3 to 5 minutes, and it's ok!

Tips:

1. Don't put too much water when cooking, otherwise the rice will be sticky;
2. You can add different vegetables according to your favorite;
3. You can add some green onions, which is also good.
