Homemade Beef Peanut Butter

Wash the beef and cut into small cubes, rinse and control the water, and chop the shiitake mushrooms

Turn on the fire, put oil in the pot to heat up

Add the beef and stir fry until the color is completely changed and fry for another half a minute

Add the shiitake mushrooms and continue to fry until the aroma is released

Pour in the bean paste and stir-fry evenly, and stir-fry for about a minute and a half
6.
Peanuts are peeled after roasting in the oven in advance
7.
Pour in peanuts and continue to stir fry for a while
8.
Ready to cook
Tips:
Peanuts don’t have to be large particles and can be crushed. This is purely my personal preference.
