Homemade Beef Sauce

A piece of beef, it’s best if it’s not gluten, I bought it with a little bit, just remove it

Dried chili, roasted in the oven on high heat for two minutes, it is not crispy, it is recommended to add some time for the recent cold, and put a little less chili

Peanuts are roasted on medium-high heat for 4 minutes. I roasted them for 5 minutes, but they are still very fragrant. Peel them, put them in a food bag, and use a rolling pin to crush them.

Add more oil to the pot, add beef cubes, stir fry on high heat, then turn to low heat, and stir fry for a while

Add bean paste, sweet noodle sauce, peanuts, chili, and stir-fry on low heat. Be careful not to stir the pan.

If you don’t like sweet noodle sauce, put a little less sugar and stir fry for a while, because the sweet noodle sauce is not very salty, I added a spoonful of salt
