Homemade Black Rice

Wash the black rice leaves.

Add an appropriate amount of water and beat into a juice.

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in the black leaf juice for 24 hours (the juice should spread over the rice).

Wash the soaked rice and put it in a rice cooker to cook (the water and the glutinous rice are level) or steam it.

Tips:
If you use a rice cooker to cook rice, add a little water (because the rice contains a lot of water after soaking, and the water is too soft).
