Homemade Black Sesame Powder
1.
Prepare fresh black sesame seeds
2.
Just like washing rice, wash the black sesame seeds and drain the water for a while
3.
Fry the pan and pour some black sesame seeds. When the wet sesame seeds become hot, a lot of water vapor is generated
4.
Turn to medium and low heat and stir fry with a wooden spatula. The water vapor will also be reduced a lot.
5.
Continue to stir fry, basically no steam is visible, indicating that the sesame seeds are almost cooked through
6.
At this point, not only can you hear the crackling sound in the pan, but also see sesame seeds jumping up from time to time, indicating that the sesame seeds have been cooked, turn off the heat, and the time is about 10~12 minutes.
7.
Pour the fried black sesame seeds into another clean, oil-free, water-free pot and let cool; then continue to fry the remaining black sesame seeds in the same way
8.
Pour the cool black sesame seeds into the grinding cup, don’t pack too much at one time
9.
Close the lid and put in the magic wand
10.
Turn on the power, work for 10 seconds/time, stop for a while, and work again
11.
Sesame is easy to produce oil and sticks together. Stir it with chopsticks in the middle, and turn it about 5~6 times. Then, grind all the black sesame seeds in order.
12.
Until all the grinding is completed, this is the ground black sesame powder, which is more delicate
13.
First install a large cup of sugar-free black sesame powder: give it to mom (my mom can’t eat sugar)
Then pour the pre-ground old rock sugar powder into the remaining black sesame powder
14.
With a clean spoon, mix the old rock sugar powder and black sesame powder evenly, so that the black sesame rock sugar powder is OK
15.
Put it into a clean, water-free container, eat a small spoonful every morning and evening, don’t worry about it all winter~~~
Tips:
1. Raw sesame seeds: clean before frying, which is more hygienic; there are some freshly made sesame seeds on the market, but they are not cleaned at all;
2. Be patient when frying, not high fire, and stir frying constantly, otherwise it will be easy to stick to the pan
3. Because sesame is oily food, it will produce oil when grinding. Grind for 10 seconds, stop and stir with chopsticks, and then continue until it is completely powdery.
4. The amount of rock sugar can be controlled according to your own taste.
