Homemade Blueberry Jam

Wash blueberries and drain

Pour the blueberries into the pot and turn on a low heat, add half of the sugar first

Stir evenly with a spatula

Wait until all the sugar has melted into juice, then add the remaining sugar and turn to high heat

Burn until the juice is more and more squeezed into the fresh lemon juice

Keep stirring

Jam is getting thicker and thicker

Take a bowl and pour a small amount of water droplets into a few drops of jam. If the jam doesn’t melt quickly, it’s ready.

Turn off the heat and let cool

Put into high temperature sterilized airtight glass bottle

It tastes great when it is put on bread~

Cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator as far as possible to eat in a short time
