Homemade Boiled Fish (no Need to Pack)
1.
Wash the fish and marinate with watercress for 15-20 minutes. (This is my mother’s original method of marinating. In fact, she said by chance that it should be marinated with watercress. Anyway, you should add watercress when you make it. As a result, this method can’t stop at all. It tastes better every time. It tastes good marinated with salt and cooking wine)
2.
Slice the potatoes and soak them in water. You can add lotus root, celery, lettuce slices, etc., because this is my personal dosage, I'm afraid I can't eat it if I use it too much.
3.
Cut the green onions, ginger, and garlic for later use.
4.
Drain the potatoes for later use.
5.
Heat the pan, pour some oil, and when the oil is hot, add the potato slices and stir fry, like fried potato slices (if other vegetables are added, fry them first).
6.
Stir-fry the potato slices until they are ripe, and put them in a vessel for holding fish later.
7.
Pour in an appropriate amount of oil. When the oil is hot, add the marinated fish. Pay attention to add the watercress of the marinated fish, stir-fry, then add ginger and garlic, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
8.
Add appropriate amount of water and cook the fish for 2-3 minutes. The fish is tender. After cooking for a long time, the fish will be boiled. The fish is not tender anymore. 2-3 minutes is enough to cook.
9.
Put the fish into a bowl, the fish bubble can stay in the pot and cook with the green onions.
10.
Put the scallions into the fish soup. I personally like to cook the scallions well. They won’t taste good if they are not cooked. The reason for putting the onion down and boiled is to ensure the fragrance of the onion. If you put it together with ginger and garlic at the beginning, the fragrance of the onion will not be so strong.
11.
After the green onions are boiled, put them in the fish bowl, and you're done. Enjoy the deliciousness, I'll start
Tips:
1. Potato chips should not be cut too thin, nor should they be fully cooked, because they will turn into pieces after being fried in the fish soup.
