McDull likes to eat fish ball thick noodles, so I will have a fish ball lump soup. It is really handmade. Blame me for being too idle ha ha ha, but my own fish balls are really safer than eating outside. Just be careful with fish bone glutinous rice. The lumps made of powder also have a different flavor, soft and waxy, and not hard at all. Sometimes it is to be innovative. Hahaha

Handmade Fish Ball Pimple Soup

1. Get the fish off

2. Cut minced ginger

3. Add the powdered ginger salt to the fish wool

4. Use a rolling pin to beat the fish wool for about half an hour.

5. Diced tomato

6. Lettuce cut into sections

7. Chopped green onion

8. Add milk and noodles to the glutinous rice flour

9. Roll the mixed noodles into strips

10. Saute ginger and pour into fish bones

11. Add water, pour the tomatoes and add salt to the soup

12. Pour the oyster mushrooms and eggs

13. Put in the pimple again

14. Turn the fish wool into fish balls and put them in

15. Add lettuce, pepper, salt and sugar

16. Add green onions and cook

Tips:

If you want the fish balls to be more flavorful, you can put your favorite seasonings in, such as chicken essence and spices.
