Homemade Braised Octopus

Wash red peppers and cut into strips, wash and cut green onions, and slice garlic.

Wash the hairtail and set aside.

Coat the hairtail evenly with flour.

Heat the pan, pour the oil, and fry the octopus slowly over medium and low heat.

Fry until golden brown on both sides, add green onion, garlic and ginger.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce chicken essence, salt, pepper, and a little water.
