Homemade Braised Pomfret

Wash the pomfret and make a few strokes on the fish to make it easier to taste.

Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, add green onion, ginger, garlic and saute until fragrant.

Tips:
1 Use low heat when adding fish for frying, add water and seasonings and simmer over medium heat.
