Homemade Bread Crumbs

I made the toast by myself. I put it in the refrigerator and thaw it out at room temperature.

Cut into thin slices to bake faster. Tear into small pieces and put them in a baking tray, and spread them thinly.

Put the baking tray into the ACA North American electric oven, 140 degrees, about 15 minutes

Bake it and let it cool. Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and use a rolling pin to break it. If you are afraid of trouble, you can also break it with a food processor. I don’t want it to be too broken, just roll it out by hand.

Pour it into the baking tray, sift out the larger one, and roll it up again

The finished picture, I did not make it very thin, it is really good to make fried chicken fillet and fried chicken steak
Tips:
The prepared bread crumbs should be sealed and stored, or frozen in the refrigerator, and used up as soon as possible
