Homemade Canned Enoki Mushrooms

Remove the roots and wash the enoki mushrooms, wash the canned bottle and set aside

Put enoki mushrooms in a large bowl, pour hot water, and boil for a minute or two

Then scald the cleaned canned bottle with hot water (disinfection)

Put the enoki mushrooms into the bottle and put it in the pot

Steam over water for about 30 minutes

Take out and let cool

Cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator for one month
