Homemade Cat's Claw Marshmallow

Spread cornstarch on a flat plate first

Use one end of the egg to make grooves on the cornstarch

Soak gelatine tablets in water to soften

Add the egg whites with sugar and lemon juice to make a hard foam

Heat water and sugar until melted, then add gelatine slices

Heat until the gelatine slices are all melted

Pour the melted gelatin solution into the beaten egg whites and beat evenly with a whisk

Take out a part of the stirred egg whites and put it into strawberry pudding powder

Stir well

Put the stirred egg whites into the piping bag, and squeeze the white egg whites onto the corn starch first

Then squeeze out the pink cat paws

After squeezing everything, let it dry and sprinkle cornstarch on it! You can also sprinkle with white sugar when it is not drying, there is a white sugar version of cat's claw marshmallow
