Homemade yogurt is nutritious and delicious without additives. It just happens to have chocolate. Adding it in has a different flavor. Adding more fruit will make it even more delicious.

1. Clean the yogurt maker and scald it with boiling water to prevent mixing with other microorganisms. Add 500ml of milk to the yogurt machine, add a strip of bacterial powder and mix well, plug in the power source for fermentation, 6-8 hours in summer and 10-12 hours in winter.

Tips:

1. Before using the yogurt machine, it must be scalded with boiling water to prevent other microorganisms from mixing into the bacteria powder and causing the yogurt fermentation to fail.
2. Fruits can be matched freely according to your preferences.
3. After the chocolate is blanched with boiling water, the water should be drained, otherwise the yogurt is too runny.
4. The chocolate should be boiled and stirred while it is hot, otherwise it will be easy to agglomerate.
