Homemade Chopped Chili Sauce

Remove the stalks of the chili, wash and dry

Pat the garlic with a knife.

Peel and press garlic into garlic.
4.
Cut the ginger into minced ginger.
5.
Chop the peppers.
6.
Add garlic, minced ginger, and crushed pepper together with salt, white wine, and sugar.
7.
Stir well.
8.
Put it into a clean glass bottle, seal it, and keep it in the refrigerator for about a week.
