Buy a pound of dry cold skin from the supermarket and go home. You can soak it in batches for two or three meals. Haha, when you are busy, grab a handful of cold dishes ( ̄ж ̄) and a plate of cold dishes ( ̄ж ̄)

Homemade Cold Dishes ㊙️‼ ️cold and Dry Cold Skin

1. Prepare today's main ingredients: dried cold skin and fruit cucumber.

2. Dry cold skin is softened with pure water until there is no hard core.

3. Prepare a small bowl of ginger and garlic water while the dry cold skin is soaked in water.

4. Prepare a bowl of sauce in advance: two spoons of light soy sauce + four spoons of vinegar + two spoons of chili oil.
