Homemade Cold Skin
1.
Put the dough together for 30 minutes to wake up, add in the water that has not covered the dough and knead until the gluten separates.
2.
After filtering the juice twice, the gluten is separated and steamed in the pot for ten minutes, and the juice is allowed to stand for 40 minutes. I heard that the longer the standing time, the better. I was worried that it might not be done well.
3.
I forgot to add yeast, but it is very chewy when steamed.
4.
Take several dinner plates and brush them with oil, and add a spoonful of batter.
5.
Steam on the pot for about three minutes.
6.
After steaming out of the pot, let it cool and put it on top of each other.
7.
For the remaining half of the juice, I added a pack of barley young green juice powder to adjust it to fruit green.
8.
Arrange and cut into strips.
9.
Both flavors are very good.
10.
Add shredded cucumber and make your own sauce.
11.
Mix it, it's very refreshing.
