Homemade Cold Skin

1. Put the noodles (wheat starch) and flour in a bowl.

2. Add water and mix into a thin batter

3. Find a flat bottom plate, scoop a spoonful on the plate and shake the plate to make the batter smooth.

4. Let the plate boil in water and steam for 2 minutes on high heat.

5. Steam until the dough is transparent.

6. Use a pot larger than a plate to measure water, put the steamed noodles in cold water to cool off, and then finish the batter. Put a layer of cooked oil on the plate to prevent adhesion. Prepare Liangpi according to personal preference.

Tips:

The batter should be thinner, and the batter on the plate should be thinner.
