Homemade Crispy Small Rice Crusts

Break the cooked black sesame seeds with a cooking machine, and add the remaining white sesame seeds at home.

Combine the crushed black sesame, rice, glutinous rice flour, cooked oil into a dough without adding water.

Put the dough into a food bag and roll it into a dough cake. You can also use plastic wrap.

After the dough is rolled, cut the food bag from both sides.

Cut the dough into small grids.
