Homemade Curry Pork Floss

Material picture: pork hind leg, pepper, ginger, bay leaf, star anise, curry powder, five-spice powder.

Wash the pork hind legs, cut into cubes, blanch them in the pot and remove them.

Put the meat in an electric pressure cooker, add pepper, star anise, bay leaves, ginger, and add enough water.

Cook for 15 minutes, and you can easily pierce it through with chopsticks.

After cooking, remove and drain the water and mash it with a rolling pin.

Then tear it into thin wires, trying to make each one even thicker and thinner.

Pour a small amount of oil into the pot and heat it up.

Then spread the shredded pork evenly in the pot and reduce the heat to the minimum.

Add curry powder.

Add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine.

Stir-fry for about 30 minutes, the shredded pork is getting dry and fluffy, and the color is golden.

The fried pork floss should be spread out while it is hot and let cool. The larger the spreading area, the better. Don't let the pork floss accumulate. It can be bottled and sealed after it is thoroughly cooled.
