Homemade Custard Sauce

Prepare relevant ingredients in advance

Egg yolk + sugar, stir with a whisk until thick

Pour milk
4.
Continue to use the whisk and stir evenly
5.
Sift in low-gluten flour
6.
Stir the same
7.
Mix well and sieve twice

Move to a gas stove and turn on a small fire, heat and cook

Heat and stir until it thickens, turn off the heat
10.
Cover after leaving the fire, and immediately cool in a basin of cold water

This is the custard sauce completely cooled
Tips:
1. The mixed custard sauce: it will be smooth after filtering, I filtered it twice
2. According to the firepower of your own stove: Use a suitable low fire to heat, and keep stirring while heating to prevent the pot from sticking.
3. After the thickener is turned off, cover it and cool it in time
4. Make sure to use up the custard sauce within 1~2 days (in the cold season, please use it on the same day when the weather is hot)
