Seafood in this season is really cheap, especially shrimp. A large live shrimp is only 25 yuan per catty, so I simply bought some more to make my own grilled dried shrimp, and served directly with wine and garnishes for the soup. Homemade Dried Shrimp

1. Ingredients: Shrimp, ginger, green onion
