Steam for about 25-30 minutes. If you don’t know if it’s cooked, you can poke the sweet potato with chopsticks. It’s easy to pass through.

Let the steamed sweet potatoes cool naturally
7.
Use a clean knife and cutting board to cut the cold sweet potato into strips, as thick as your fingers
8.
Just leave it in the sun for 3 to 4 days. I put it on the window sill in the room, and the dust outside the window won’t float on the dried sweet potatoes.
Tips:
1. When buying sweet potatoes, choose yellow meat, which is sweet and suitable for drying;
2. Don't be anxious about cutting sweet potatoes, wait for it to cool thoroughly before cutting.
