Homemade Dried Tofu

1. Clean white tofu.

2. Cut into squares facing each other.

3. Dice garlic.

4. Chop red pepper and green pepper.

5. Heat oil in a pot, change to medium heat, add dried tofu and fry.

6. Fry until golden on both sides.

7. Push the dried tofu to the side of the pot, add green peppers, red peppers and garlic diced to a low heat and stir until fragrant.

8. Add half a spoon of soy sauce and stir fry a few times.

9. Season with salt.
