Homemade Dry Pot Shrimp

Cover the bottom of the pot with oiled wheat and bean sprouts.

Celery, onion, garlic cloves, pepper segments are ready.

The squid is cut well after boiling water.

The base tail prawns must be cut from the back and cannot be cut.

After the shrimp is fried, add onion and garlic cloves and fry together to create a fragrance.

Add chili segments and sauté until fragrant.

Add squid and stir fry together.

Add light soy sauce and oily salt to taste.

Finally add celery and sauté until fragrant.

The finished product is ready to be placed in a stock pot with a good vegetable.
