Homemade Dry Pot Shrimp

Prepare the ingredients. Roche prawns must be rinsed. Cut celery into small pieces, onion into small pieces, and shiitake mushrooms. Slice lotus root, peel and slice potatoes. Cut the pepper into small pieces. The side dishes are arbitrary, you can also add some coriander and carrots.
