Homemade Ejiao Cake

Break the donkey-hide gelatin into small pieces, try to break them up as much as possible

Add rice wine and soak for three days until donkey-hide gelatin becomes soft

Rock sugar and brown sugar are also knocked into small pieces, which are easy to dissolve when boiling

The materials are weighed, and the red dates are split and pitted

Red dates have high humidity, put them in the oven at 100 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes

Soak the softened donkey-hide gelatin and sugar in a non-stick pan. Separated water, it’s separated from water, not directly boiled. Boil over high heat over water, stirring constantly, the sugar slowly melts, and the liquid thickens
