Homemade Fermented Rice

Clean the glutinous rice and soak in water for two hours.

Put the soaked glutinous rice into a heat-resistant container, and add water to cover the glutinous rice. (Put the water a little bit higher than the glutinous rice)

Heat it in the microwave for three minutes.

Heat it in the microwave for another three minutes. Then stir well. Put it in the microwave for another three minutes.

After three times of heating, the glutinous rice is cooked. (I use two tablespoons of glutinous rice each time) Spread out the cooked glutinous rice and let it cool down as quickly as possible.

Prepare wine cakes. Use a rolling pin to crush the biscuits into powder. (I forgot to take the powder photo)

Put the pressed powdered wine cake into the warm glutinous rice, and stir evenly. (The specific amount depends on the amount of glutinous rice. My method is that two-thirds of the glutinous rice is coated with wine cake powder)

Put the well-stirred glutinous rice into the prepared glass bottle (remember, the bottle must be cleaned, don’t stick to oil)

After installation, use clean chopsticks to insert from the middle and stir a few clockwise to form a hole. Mainly let it have room for better fermentation.

After completing all the procedures, wrap the bottle mouth with plastic wrap.

Close the lid and tighten it and wrap it in a clean kitchen plastic bag. Wrap the entire bottle with a new bathrobe.

Then wrap it in a windbreaker and put it in a warm place to let it ferment. (Since our place is still 10 degrees, I put it next to the radiator)

Three days later, the aroma of wine was smelled. Open it and see, wow, it was a success. Can't help but dig a large spoon with a spoon, taste it, the sweet wine is strong.

So I made frangipani dessert wine. (The method is very simple: boil the water, put the sugar and then put the egg liquid to turn off the heat. Use chopsticks to quickly scatter the egg liquid, and pour it into the bowl of fermented rice)

I also made an egg dessert wine. (Method: Boil the eggs in water to ripen at 7. Then pick them up, put sugar in the water to boil, and then put the eggs and fermented rice in a bowl).
