Homemade Fish Balls

Spread the fish skin down on the chopping board and scrape off the fish little by little with a small spoon

Chop it into such a delicate fish paste

Put the fish paste in a bowl, add water little by little and stir first. Remove the yolk and leave the egg white, and beat with a whisk until foamy.

Pour the egg whites into the bowl of fish paste, add all the seasonings, and use chopsticks to stir vigorously in one direction until the fish is sticky.

Squeeze the fish balls into the pot in the same way as chicken balls.

Boil until floated

Turn up and let it cool in the basin

Finally, cut a piece of shallot in the center of the fish ball for decoration
