Homemade Fragrant and Smooth Peanut Butter
1.
Roast the peanuts in a 180 degree oven for about 12 minutes. The peanuts will be cooked when you can hear the crackling. It depends on how many peanuts you roast. If you have more peanuts, you need to roast a few more minutes.
2.
Let the baked peanuts cool and rub the peanut coat off. Of course, you don’t need to peel them. Raw peanut skins have the effect of nourishing blood, while cooked peanuts are not as effective as raw ones. This is entirely up to my own liking.
3.
Put the peanuts in the mixing cup, add rock sugar and salt.
4.
Turn the knob to the grinding gear and start the machine
5.
About 30 seconds or so, pause. Some peanuts that are thrown to the edge are not polished. Mix them with the included long-handled mixing spoon.
6.
Add 40ml oil
7.
Mix it with the included long-handled spoon
8.
Put the cover on and start the machine, the speed will go from low to high automatically, and the peanuts will turn into butter.
9.
When waiting for the program to end automatically, remove the mixing cup from the machine
10.
Scoop the peanut butter out of the mixing tank
11.
Put it into a cleaned and scalded container.
Tips:
1: Control the amount of peanut soy sauce made by yourself. If you don’t add oil, you need to stop the machine and stir it a few times. I think it’s better to add oil. As a primer, there is oil lubrication, which can reduce the production time. Complete the operation quickly.
2: The sugar can be replaced with white granulated sugar. I deliberately used large-grained rock sugar to verify the power of the wall breaker, and it will break without leaving any traces.
3: The oil used to make peanut butter is odorless, such as salad oil, corn oil, camellia oil, etc.
