Homemade Fried Biscuits
1.
A piece of cold oil cake is ready.
2.
Cut the oil cake into strips, as wide as your fingers. Put it on a plate for later use.
3.
Cut the chopped green onion, ginger, and dried red pepper and place them in a small dish. Don't chop the red peppers too much. If you feel too spicy during the frying process, you can easily pick out the peppers.
4.
Pour peanut oil into the pot, not too much, because the oil cake itself also has oil. Put the chopped green onion, ginger, and dried chili in a pot and stir fry.
5.
Stir-fry until the aromas of green onion, ginger, and chili are all out, pour in the sliced biscuits. Continue to stir fry.
6.
When you see that the cake strips in the pan are slightly discolored and shiny, add an appropriate amount of garlic chili sauce and stir-fry evenly.
7.
Add chicken essence and serve on the plate.
Tips:
Don't add salt anymore, because the garlic chili sauce is salty!
