Homemade Fried Stinky Tofu

Take a look at the ingredients

Cut the tofu into cubes.

Add three small pieces of Wang Zhi and stinky tofu, add a little water to make a paste.

Place the tofu cubes in a basin and pour the stinky tofu paste.

Cover and marinate for 4 hours. (The longer the marinating time, the stronger the taste, at least 4 hours)

Use sesame sauce, garlic chili sauce, and sesame oil (add more) to make a dipping sauce.

Marinated stinky tofu, dipped in dry starch on both sides, set aside.

Heat up a frying pan and fry the stinky tofu.
9.
Fry it until golden brown on both sides and it will be out of the pan. Dip it with dipping sauce when eating.
