Homemade Fried Tofu

Chop chives, leeks, and chilies and put them in a bowl;

Add 2 scoops of light soy sauce, 1 scoop of vinegar, half a scoop of sugar, 1 scoop of tomato sauce, 1 scoop of sesame seeds, 1 scoop of barbecue ingredients (you can also mix with cumin powder, five-spice powder, pepper, pepper powder, etc.), and Stir evenly;

Cut the cold water into thin slices;

Sprinkle a little salt on the surface of the tofu to make the tofu more flavorful. Shake the frying pan from time to time to heat the tofu evenly;

Flip carefully and fry until golden on both sides;

Pour the seasoning evenly onto the surface of the tofu;
9.
Just collect the juice on medium and small fire;
Tips:
1. Tofu blanching is mainly to remove the beany taste and bitterness, if you don't mind, you can ignore it;
2. You don’t like spicy food or you don’t want to put millet spicy;
3. Focus on sweet and sour, you can control the amount of ketchup, sugar and vinegar according to your own taste;
