Homemade Fried Tofu Puffs
1.
Wash the hard tofu you bought, wipe off the moisture with kitchen paper, and cut off the irregular sides.
2.
First cut the hard tofu with no water on the surface into strips, and then cut into square blocks.
3.
Put an appropriate amount of 93 soybean oil in the pot, heat to 40% of the heat, add the tofu cubes, and fry slowly. Turn it over properly.
4.
Fry the tofu until the skin is slightly hard (fry it moderately for a while to color), and remove when the color is moderate.
5.
Deep-fried tofu is golden in color, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, strong aroma of beans, and can be fried.
