Soy Sauce Tofu

Cut tofu into 1 cm thick slices.

Cut green onions into green onions, and cut small sweet peppers into strips or dices (for garnish, you can omit if you don’t have one).

Mix the sauce and sugar with half a bowl of water.
4.
Fry the tofu until golden on both sides.
5.
Pour the sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
6.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and bell pepper.
7.
Serve slightly spicy.
