Homemade Fried Yogurt

Prepare ingredients

Peel the peanuts, chop them and walnuts, and cut the larger raisins in half

Put the yogurt in a bowl, add 2/3 of the nuts, raisins and honey

Stir well

Pour into the square cake pan

Sprinkle with the remaining nuts and raisins, put in the refrigerator and freeze for more than 2 hours

Tips:
The yogurt selected must be thick, otherwise it can freeze into chunks.
Cover with a lid or plastic wrap when putting it in the refrigerator, otherwise it will easily form a lot of frost
