Homemade Fruit Ice Cream (banana Version)
1.
Ingredients: milk, egg yolk, whipped cream, mashed banana, sugar
2.
Add milk and sugar to the cooking pot and cook until the sugar melts
3.
Add the beaten egg yolks, stir while cooking, turn off the heat when it is about to boil
4.
Pour whipped cream and cool. After the liquid has cooled, add some mashed bananas and place in a mixer to mix evenly into a delicate banana liquid
5.
Add the banana liquid to the cooled liquid and stir evenly with a whisk
6.
Cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for storage
7.
After freezing it into ice (usually 3 hours later, the shorter the time is better), take out the whipping. After whipping evenly, put it in the refrigerator and freeze for half an hour, then take out the whipping, repeat this at least three times. In the process of beating, you will find that the liquid gradually becomes soft and bulky. The more the beating, the more delicate it is.
8.
After whipping, put it in the fresh-keeping box and keep it in the refrigerator
9.
After it is completely frozen, dig out a few spoonfuls with a spoon and start to enjoy it!
Tips:
1. Bananas can be replaced with other fruits such as mangoes, strawberries, etc.
2. Ice cream has a low failure rate, try hard! Don't be afraid!
