Homemade Glutinous Rice Balls

1. The ingredients needed to make glutinous rice balls are black sesame, flour, sugar, edible oil, and glutinous rice flour.

2. First put the black sesame and flour in a wok and fry them.

3. Put the fried black sesame seeds on the chopping board and smash. Put the fried flour and black sesame seeds in a bowl. Add sugar and cooking oil.

4. Put the glutinous rice flour in a bowl and mix the flour with warm water to form a dough. Moderate softness and hardness will do. Divide the dough into small dough pieces.

5. Finally, start to make glutinous rice balls. Be careful not to pinch it with your hands but slowly knead it with your palms.
