7.

8.
Hawthorn mud should be scraped evenly, not too thick, try not to exceed 5 mm
9.
Depending on the thickness, leave it at room temperature for 2-4 days. After it is completely dry, gently tear the fruit peel by hand.
10.
The finished fruit tannin can be rolled up or eaten directly according to your preference.
11.
You can just tear and eat the beautiful fruit tannins.
Tips:
1. Hawthorn is best stirred into a puree and then boiled. The directly boiled hawthorn puree is not delicate enough, and the fruit peel is not beautiful enough.
2. The thickness of the fruit peel is adjusted according to your preference. It is best to keep it within 5 mm. It should not be too thick. If it is too thick, it is easy to crack and not easy to dry out, causing failure in the production of the fruit peel.
3. When making the puree, keep stirring to avoid mashing the pot.
4. The puree is boiled to a thick, flowing state.
5. The puree is pink after being boiled out, and dark red after solidification.
