Homemade Grilled Fish

To prepare the ingredients, the grass carp is about two catties and two halves.

Wash the grass carp, dry the water with a kitchen paper towel, open the grass carp, spread salt evenly, put ginger slices, garlic mash, pour in cooking wine and marinate for a while.
