Homemade Hakka Rice Wine

Wash the glutinous rice, cook it into glutinous rice, and put it in a clean container (note that the container should not contain any water) and let the glutinous rice cool!

10 catties of glutinous rice will probably put 8 wine cake balls!

Crush the rice cake pellets so that the Hakka rice wine is easier to ferment!

Pour cold boiled water into the cool glutinous rice, stir the glutinous rice, not sticky one by one, it will not be easy to ferment!

Sprinkle 80% of the wine cake powder on top of the glutinous rice! Then stir it up bit by bit to make the wine cake spread evenly!

Tips:
