Homemade Ham and Mushroom Spicy Sauce

Shiitake mushrooms, ham, green beans and sweet noodle sauce ready to be boiled

Soak the mushrooms in advance, wash and chop finely

Tips:
1. The ham taste is salty, soak it for a while to reduce the excess saltiness
2. Sweet noodle sauce and Pixian bean paste taste salty, no need to add salt
3. The side dishes for the sauce can be increased or decreased as you like
